Patti Tritschler

  • As CEO and founder of IIG, Patti Tritschler brings more than 30 years of experience, passion, and excellence to the design industry. A true visionary and progressive thinker, Patti promotes growth and success of young professionals in the hospitality industry while successfully building an award-winning portfolio of work. She has developed a firm culture that thrives on creativity and her strong leadership promotes an environment that fosters both long-standing client and employee relationships.

Nick Tritschler

Nick Tritschler

  • An accomplished financial executive with over 10 years of experience in finance and risk management, Nick Tritschler is a key architect in the development and execution of the firm's strategic growth initiatives. Highly data driven and solutions focused, he is a resourceful asset in maximizing operational performance.

    Prior to joining IIG, Nick spent 8 years in the banking industry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Central Michigan University. His previous roles as Credit Analyst for Isabella Bank and Vice President at Republic Bank of Chicago were stepping stones to his current position as Chief Financial Officer at IIG. With his passion for finance, process, and people, Nick is a trusted and respected executive leader.

Becky Yatsko

Becky Yatsko

  • With over 20 years of experience in project accounting and 10 years of tenure at IIG, Becky Yatsko leads our Accounting and Human Resource departments, overseeing the improvement of quality and efficiencies within the organization. As Chief Operating Officer, Becky places an emphasis on employee relations and the importance of mentorship. In addition, with her robust financial background, Becky ensures timely account payables, detailed project reconciliation, and a seamless project closeout.

    Utilizing her accounting degree from Purdue University, Becky spent 10 years working at various Chicagoland firms prior to joining the IIG team as an accountant. Rising from the ranks, she progressed into leadership roles such as Vice President of Finance before accepting her current role as Chief Operating Officer. Her demonstrated alignment to IIG’s core values of integrity, accountability, service, and team make her an ideal leader to spearhead our Accounting and Human Resources departments.

Pat Tritschler

Pat Tritschler

  • With almost a decade of tenure, Pat Tritschler has played an integral role in the strategic advancement of IIG and served as the Chief Information Officer for the last 5 years. His innate aptitude for mechanical maintenance, technology, leadership, and communication has been paramount to the strategic expansion of IIG. With Pat’s foresight and vision, he proactively structured IIG’s software and hardware to navigate the adaptability needed for hybrid and remote employees before the need arose. In addition, he was vital to the successful openings of two designs studios in Florida and the transition into the new IIG headquarters.

    After receiving a degree in engineering technology, Pat spent 4 years in the renewable energy industry, overseeing the operation, maintenance, warranty, and commissioning of new and existing wind farms across the United States. Always one to keep up to date with the latest trends in technology, Pat’s natural propensity to research, analyze, and apply the newest advancements to the workforce was one of the key contributing factors in bringing him onboard to IIG. Moreover, his demonstrated leadership and willingness to train and teach others made him a cultural fit within the firm.

Leslie Schultz

Leslie Schultz

  • With vast expertise leading and managing hospitality and commercial design projects, Leslie Schultz shares her extensive knowledge of major hotel brands, design processes, project management, and trademark storytelling approach with IIG. As Chief Design Officer, Leslie oversees design, branding, and creative direction throughout the entire company, providing mentorship and guidance to divisional leaders and design team members. Her passion for crafting memorable environments that evoke emotional responses from guests has established IIG as a premier hospitality design firm in the industry.

    Prior to joining IIG in 2016, Leslie worked as the Principal of Interior Design at EoA in Miami. In this role, she led the entire design team from concept to completion on all their branded and independent hotels and resorts in the United States and internationally, in the Caribbean and Latin America. Leslie got her start at RTKL in Miami, working exclusively on full-service and cruise ship design projects. With an extensive portfolio of full-service, boutique and lifestyle projects, as well as luxury hotel experience with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, Leslie brings her passion for storytelling to the forefront of all IIG’s developments.

    “I am always seeking to derive an emotional response with each project. Going to these cities, talking with locals, and discovering what makes a place a destination is what drives me in my design approach. Finding a way to incorporate the story into everything you see, feel, hear, and even smell, all leads the guests to form an emotional connection to the location and create lasting memories.”

Sharon Bilbeisi

Sharon Bilbeisi

  • Sharon Bilbeisi offers a global perspective and over 20 years of experience in hospitality design. As IIG’s Senior Vice President of Design, Sharon provides creative and process-driven leadership to the division and oversees the creation and development of IIG design concepts, infusing a sense of story and place for every development. As a registered architect who is passionate about pursuing design excellence through process, teamwork, and mentorship, Sharon is responsible for ensuring all IIG design projects maintains our quality and creativity standards while providing consistent and reliable customer service.

    Prior to joining IIG, Sharon has worked with several leading hospitality design firms and has focused on luxury and lifestyle hospitality environments with leading brands across the globe, including Marriott, Hilton, Choice, Four Seasons, IHG, and Accor. During her time with Forrest Perkins | Perkins Eastman, she worked as an Associate Principal and Board of Directors member, leading the Washington, DC-based hospitality design studio. She has also served as Studio Director | Project Director at DiLeonardo International, in both their Middle East and domestic offices.

    “To me, hospitality design is an extension of the travel experience. One cannot be separated from the other. A successful design is more than just a backdrop – it evokes emotions, sets the tone, and promotes ease for the guest. Thoughtfully crafted details bring the design to life, enhancing the story so seamlessly that the guests simply can’t forget their experience.”

 
Andrea Depew

Andrea Depew

  • With 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Andrea Depew is a business development veteran. Having served in various roles ranging from Corporate Sales & Account Manager for the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago to Director of Marketing and Public Relations at YHI, Inc, to Associate and Director of U.S. Business Development at Hager Design International, Andrea applies her expertise as a self-starter, skilled negotiator, and effective communicator to IIG’s business development team.

    As a results-oriented and decisive leader with the proven ability to identify growth and build partnerships, Andrea builds confidence and trust in all who meet her. Her firm belief that relationships are at the heart of every project and dedication to see a project through to completion has produced unparalleled business alliances and a loyal client base.

Jillian Amberg

  • After graduating from Indiana University with a bachelor’s in interior design and minors in art history and graphic design, Jillian Amberg advanced through the ranks of IIG from interior designer to Principal | Studio Director before taking on her most recent role of Vice President Design IIG | Select. With IIG’s characteristic drive and ambition, she is committed to design excellence and understands the details, processes, and collaboration that are required to bring a project to life. Her tenure in the hospitality design industry has allowed her to oversee multiple projects throughout all phases of design to completion for select service, extended stay, and boutique properties.

    As VP Design | Select, Jillian takes a hands-on approach to mentoring the IIG Select team to reach design and project finish lines. With her deep understanding of project process, schedules, resource planning, and strategic team management, she is a valuable asset to the IIG Select division. Under her careful supervision, she builds project specific teams and manages workload for the design staff. Moreover, she provides vital oversight and mentoring to designers to ensure high quality work is delivered on schedule.

Jocelyn Lurie

  • As a passionate, forward thinking, and approachable leader, Jocelyn Lurie shares her contagious, energetic spirit and expertise in hospitality procurement with our dynamic team. Her proven track record of providing cost savings to owners, investors, and stakeholders while navigating challenges within both unpredictable and steady supply chains has positioned Jocelyn as an accomplished procurement expert. Solution focused with a collaborative approach to procurement and project management, Jocelyn has fostered invaluable partnerships with owners, vendors, designers, brand ambassadors, logistic and installation personnel, general contractors, and hotel management to see a multitude of projects through to completion.

Marc Fugnitto

  • With a myriad of hospitality, corporate, and high-end residential interior design experience spanning 25 years, Marc Fugnitto has demonstrated his expertise in construction documentation, project management and creative problem-solving. As Director of Project Management, Marc is responsible for ensuring all design projects meet IIG documentation standards, quality benchmarks, and critical milestones, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of our team to meet your project’s needs. In addition, he plays an active role in the professional development and mentoring of the design team and project managers.

Kieth Roy

Keith Roy

  • After graduating from Columbia College Chicago with a bachelor’s in interior architecture, Keith Roy amassed extensive experience in the hospitality design industry, having worked on select service, lifestyle, boutique, and full-service projects across leading hotel brands. Since 2014, Keith has steadily advanced within the IIG design collective from Interior Designer to Architectural Lead to Principal. Although he’s a powerhouse of technical knowledge and excels at documentation, Keith is well-versed in all phases of the design.

    With his vast knowledge in all aspects of the project and robust technical skills, Keith is responsible for managing multiple large-scale developments and provides creative, process-driven leadership in his current role as Principal - Director of Project Management. In this position, Keith engages in a heavy amount of team collaboration, manages project schedules and scopes, oversees the implementation of design, and ensures quality documentation is submitted to architects, consultants, hotel brands, and owners. In addition to technical coordination and project management, Keith has a passion for coaching and mentoring his team.

    “The process of bringing a concept to life exhilarates me. Understanding how all the interconnecting details can make a dream into reality, overcoming the challenges and obstacles on the road to construction, and collaborating with a team, are highlights of my job. But the most rewarding aspect of my profession is found when a designer I’ve been mentoring has a ‘light bulb’ moment and I am able to ‘pass the torch.’”
